Portal:

- Fixed the size limit prompt in Cleanroom to prevent decimalisation.
Sync API V3:
- Enhanced API functionality: Endpoints now return archives or compression based on the file type.
Async API:
- Improved API behavior: Endpoints in the Async API now return archives or compression based on the file type.
- Resolved an issue where empty archive files were getting stuck in the processing status.
- Updated the Base64 get endpoint to display a processing status when the file is still in processing.
- Introduced the 'x-file-size' header in GET responses for improved information retrieval.
