Processed Files Page

The Processed Files Page has officially transitioned out of beta and is now a fully supported feature. With this update, you can now seamlessly page through all the files processed within a 30-day period. Additionally, we've added a filtering feature that allows you to sort and view processed files based on their protection level and originating product.

Strict Licensing

We've taken the licensing of Glasswall Halo to the next level with the introduction of strict licensing policies. The platform will now monitor the file count and the total number of files processed within a 24-hour period. If these limits are exceeded, you will temporarily be unable to process additional files until the next 24-hour period begins. This enhancement helps ensure a fair and efficient use of the platform's resources.

API Page

Inside the Glasswall Halo portal, you will find a brand new API Help Page. This page serves as a valuable resource, providing you with useful links to other documentation to assist you in effectively utilising Glasswall Halo's API capabilities. It's your go-to source for getting started with integrating the platform into your workflows.

Fixes

Processed Files Page

• Files processed via the Menlo integration now correctly display the product name.
• When the fallback policy is used, it now correctly shows as a custom policy being used.
• Files that have failed processing will no longer incorrectly show as low risk.
• Long file names now display correctly in the zip archive details modal.
• The file details drop-down has been re-arranged, with zip/archive on its own line for better organization.

Clean Room

• The archive icon remains the same size, even with long file names.
• Files with long names will no longer cause the error box to extend off the screen.
• Changes to alignments have been made for some tooltips.

Documentation

• The Graceful Shutdown documentation has been updated for improved clarity.

Known Issues

Clean Room

• Files with names containing non-Latin characters are failing to be processed.
• JPE files are failing to be processed in the Cleanroom.

Sync API V3

• TAR, RAR, and 7zip files are being treated as password-protected files on the Base64 endpoint.
• Files with non-Latin characters are having their names changed when inside archives.
