Accessibility Enhancements

Slim Version: This version offers synchronous API processing exclusively. Ideal for streamlined functionalities requiring focused API processing within a single node deployment.

Clean Room
- Text for unprocessed files changed in cleanroom to reflect file failure more accurately.
- Files with names containing non-Latin characters are now being processed successfully.
- JPE files are successfully processed in Cleanroom.
Sync API V3
- Files with non-Latin characters when inside archives will have the same name after processing.
- TAR, RAR, and 7zip files are no longer treated as password-protected files on the Base64 endpoint when they aren't password protected.
